Shipping policy
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, please send an email to karla@shopetnika.com
Etnika processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following business day.
We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Once we have handpicked and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Etnika does not take responsibility for it, all packages are insured and the claim will be made with the shipping company used.
Orders takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrived. Please, contact us if you need expedited service, we will do our best to accommodate.
