We warranty our jewelry will meet the description of your selection. If there is a service that jewelry needs we ask you to contact us directly to karla@shopetnika.com so we can assist you with repairs or service for your jewelry.

Please, refer to our return policy. Returns are accepted within 7 business days after jewelry is received.

Yes, the pictures provided are the actual photos of the jewelry you will receive.

How long does it take for online jewelry orders to be delivered?

It takes from the moment your purchase 5-7 business days approximately.
